Hi, I'm Jess

I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian, wife, mum of two and the face behind Young Nutrition.

I know that feeding yourself and your family isn't always as simple as social media makes it look. Between busy schedules, differing food preferences, endless snack requests and the mental load of deciding what's for dinner every night, food can quickly become overwhelming.

That's why I'm passionate about helping individuals and families find a simpler, more realistic approach to nutrition. I believe healthy eating shouldn't require perfection, complicated meal plans or hours spent in the kitchen. Good nutrition should support your life, not take it over.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with children, adults and families across a wide range of nutrition concerns. From supporting children's feeding challenges to helping adults improve their health and confidence around food, my focus has always been on practical strategies that work in the real world.

At Young Nutrition, you'll find evidence-based advice delivered with compassion and understanding. There is no judgement, no food guilt and no expectation that you have it all figured out. Instead, my goal is to help you build sustainable habits, feel more confident with food and create positive changes that fit your unique family and lifestyle.

When I'm not working with clients or tackling the chaos of family life, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying a good coffee and some crochet or spending time in the garden with our ducks. Like many of the people I support, I'm navigating the realities of busy family life too—which is exactly why I'm so passionate about practical nutrition that works outside the clinic room.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child or your whole family, I'm here to help make nutrition feel simpler, more achievable and a little less overwhelming.
